Protecting the Mental Health During Social Isolation

We're always emphasizing the essence of taking care of the mental health! We might no longer be under full lockdown, but we are just as encouraged to limit our physical interactions, observe physical distancing, wear masks, and maintain good hygiene. 馃檹

It entails that we do not quite get to enjoy the company of our social support systems the way we used to know it, due to the lack of access to our normal routine and in-person interaction with other people. Many of us will be feeling a high degree of anxiety and anticipated loneliness. 馃挃
